What do I have to prepare for the treatment?

Make sure you have a spacious, quiet, and private area set up for your session. Additionally, you will need to bring two large bath towels to be used on the massage table.

What should you wear?

It's recommended to dress in something relaxed, and if you're at home, you can comfortably don your dressing gown. You may choose to keep on or remove your underwear, as draping will provide coverage to ensure you stay warm and at ease.
